By accessing or using GuriZone (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, sellers, agents, and investors.
GuriZone is a real estate marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, and agents in Mogadishu, Somalia. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local laws. You may not use the Platform to post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal property listings.
Sellers and agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. GuriZone reviews all listings before publication but does not guarantee their accuracy. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or is found to be inaccurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. GuriZone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The mortgage, affordability, and refinance calculators are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They use Islamic Murabaha financing principles as estimates. Results are not financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making real estate investment decisions.
Agents and brokers who list properties on GuriZone represent that they have proper authorization from property owners to list those properties. Unauthorized listings are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
All content on the Platform — including logos, design, text, and images — is the property of GuriZone or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
GuriZone is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses from property transactions. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GuriZone, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
GuriZone operates in alignment with Islamic financial principles. Our calculators and any financing guidance we provide use Murabaha (cost-plus profit) models rather than conventional interest-bearing instruments. We encourage users to seek Islamic financial advisors for detailed guidance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through competent courts in Mogadishu, Somalia.
GuriZone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
